Precedence in union of egoists?

Earlier, I made a remark to another member as to how uncanny elements of
Stirner's philosophy echoes that of the Dutch lens grinder Spinoza.

For instance, based on this proposition, Stirner would be the second and not
the first individual to advance the advantage of conscious selfish interest:

"When each man most seeks his own advantage for himself, then men are most
useful to one another." Ethica Part IV Proposition 35 corollary 2.

There are other axioms and propositions that echo that actions directed by
selfish reason is better for a society as a whole.
